Facilitated planning meeting with HHH in January or February Grants/ grant writing T-shirts- using recycled material shirts; Kyle Shade has completed the rough draft of the logo. Dan is going to approach K&G concerning production. New Business Greg Martin is going to help us have a page on the Muscatatuck Park website. He also said that we might display our t-shirts at the Visitors' Center. It was moved, seconded, and passed that we host a page(s) of the Park's website. Ken Huff explained the employee involvement program at Verizon. Verizon will give $500 dollars to qualified groups for which an employee works 50 hours a year; this donation is renewable yearly. This is per employee, so if we have any other Verizon members we could get $500 per year per employee. After receiving permission from the HHH, Ken will register us with Verizon. Discussion followed on other possible donors, both cash and goods. Kim Lampert asked for input on our recruitment folder and the nine factors listed on her handout (attached to last month's e-mail). We may need by-laws. The group provided both information and further issues (problems). One major point is that we need a F of MR account before we receive any donations, grants, etc. NEXT MEETING IS WEDNESDAY JANUARY 9TH.
