Jane Hardesty, with local ties, is head of the USDA Natural Resources for Indiana and was at the meeting. Get a Kid in the Creek program was presented at the meeting. Ken encouraged more attendance for next year as the meeting was not drudgery, but enjoyable. Water Quality Testing Training Larry, Kim, Dan, Ken, and John Huff received training and were successful. Intolerant invertebrates were found in the Mus. River, indicating not enough toxins were present to kill them. Second level training may be offered in two evening sessions.
