Where are we on the 319 Grant?: Robert Miller was chosen as the Central Muscatatuck Watershed Coordinator in the interview conducted by Brad Ponsler, Terry Stephenson and Tom Moore. Robert is conducting a meeting Thursday, September 13 to discuss Phase 1 (information gathering phase) of the Watershed Management Plan. Toby Day of Reliance will be getting involved via email; he will be preparing an information packet for us. Office Arrangements: Tom, Kevin and Troy surveyed the Carnegie building and concluded that the cleanup and remodeling (400 hours estimated), and maintenance involved would not benefit us at this time. The library is sufficient to hold our meetings. Communication via email, postal mail and officers' home phones are working sufficiently at this time. We still need to work out a physical address to forward mail to. Our most important requirement is a climate-controlled area to store sensitive equipment (i.e. camera, projector, laptop, etc.). Troy has offered to store items at his workplace if needed. New Business: Action Register from May 12th River Sweep (recap): 1.
