Tom compared the severity of the dump comparable to the Tobias Ford site, and requested that the group follow up with the Sheriff's Department on their investigation process. Spring Cleanup date: Rob Miller would like to coordinate our date with a Hardy Lake cleanup, partially funded by Scott County for $1500 (tentatively set for 4/32/07). The totals from that cleanup could be included to our own; Rob will look into a way to get trash weight and total of tires found. A motion was made by Les and seconded by Kevin to schedule 4/26/07 for our cleanup; motion was carried. This will conflict with the Sassafras Tea Festival/Civil War Living History events, which makes the Musatatuck County Park shelter houses inaccessible. Tom will call the North Vernon City Park to get a shelter house there. Advantages to this location include easier access and a good location to post advertisement banners. We need to contact our food sponsors to get advertisement banners for display. Sherida will arrange our banner printing for 4/26/08.
