A) Plan Annual Meeting, scheduled for the Jen Co Lib on February 3rd from 5:30 to 7:30 with a ½ hour before and after to prepare and clean-up. Troy will create the power point. Food- Sherida sandwiches and Kevin chili, Troy dessert, Christinia bowls, cups, crackers, 2 liters, dessert, Les dessert, Tom 2 gallons water and cups Publicity- ad in paper-?, radio Kevin, email Tom, flyers Sherida, Cheryl and Sherida will do sign in B) Discuss Meeting Location / Time- JCPL @ 6:30 was approved. C) Winter Projects- Power Point, letterhead-Troy, Kevin- reworked action register, Les-shed inventory, racks for shed, Tom-update registration D) Moved, seconded, and approved Christinia to rent a residential size post office box in North Vernon for FMRS mail, not yet completed E) Troy bought a great new laptop computer for $499. Yeah Troy! F) Election of Officers- these selections were moved and approved- President Kevin Jayne, Vice President Troy Jackson, Secretary Tom Moore, Treasurer Christinia Koons G) HHH Money – Request approved to apply for money for operational costs and upcoming clean-up, $1100.   6)  Central Muscatatuck Watershed- Robert Miller updated the committee. He has taken a job with NRCS in Lebanon, Indiana and Deanna Robinson has been hired to complete the grant contract. We wish Robert all the best. 7) Correspondence- Casey Auxier notified us that state employee Cherie Ticknor donated $130 through the newly available State Employees’ Community Campaign fund. We salute Cherie not only for the substantial donation, she also took it upon herself to get us eligible to participate in the SECC. We are honored that she is the precedent setting initial donor. 8)  Other – Please send Troy any pictures from this year for the presentation. Cherie presented information on getting free energy/breakfast Clif Bars from the Clif Bar company to distribute at the next clean-up. She and Tom will fill out the necessary forms and see what happens. 9)  Discuss Next Meeting Agenda for the next meeting:    Core Members Annual Meeting, storage shed, register, reworked forms Next meeting January Co Lib on February 3rd from 5:30 to 7:30 Regular meeting will be 5:30 to 6:00.
