Cherie and Troy will set down this week and finalize this and try to get it on-line. Muscatatuck River Music Festival: Les is heading up the workforce delegation. Les is constructing the putt-putt platform, and will set up the easy-up on either Friday night or Saturday morning. Kevin and Troy will supply putters and balls. Les: need to issue the vendor passes to all workers in advance. River Sweep Wrap-Up:  - Need a checklist that includes site leader sheets. (Tom/Kevin) - Need to be ready to weigh pickup trucks before and after they unload. (President) - Water and pop in recyclable cups only, the pop from 2 liter bottles. (Sherida/Tom) - Recruit a group to grill (not part of our core group), if possible. (Everyone contact Civic Groups) - Make sure Tom has everyone on the registration list from previous sweeps. - Remember to thank the chip people. (Tom) - Check with Larry Allsop concerning the tractor mounted wench. (Tom) - Consider special clean-ups to address our needs. (Need further information from Tom) - Need to make up and use Property Owner Permission Forms, Equipment Waivers. (Assign someone) Things to improve on/ discuss from previous cleanup: - More media advertisement (radio, JCTV, cable access) - Fliers (low-budget) - Need to ensure we have private property site access approval. Need to have owners to sign a permission form. Also, need to have waivers for borrowed equipment (see notes above). Orlo Bloomquist Canoe Race / Wayne Durbin & Dan Shade Rendezvous: $251 net income was raised from the auction at the Rendezvous. New Business:   By-Laws:  Does Term Length or Consecutive Term Allowance need revisited? Ideas for new Promotional Items: Kevin suggested a $2.50-$3.00 per item price cap range to purchase items. Everyone is welcome to investigate new items; suggestions given were water bottles or coffee mugs. Do we need train site leaders regarding private property and river rights? Train to identify negotiable streams and right access to properties. Summer Projects: By-Laws: Sub-committee chaired by Kevin Tax-exempt status/501C3 ID for vendors: Christinia Waiver Forms: Kevin Website: Troy Registration forms: Tom Allocation of old laptop: Kevin and Troy suggested issuing to Christinia for treasury tasks and email correspondence. Kevin will follow up. Correspondance: - Jill Ritchie from Wal-Mart wants to present a Community Grant check for $1,000 to the FMRS. Kevin and Troy will arrange a photo opportunity per Jill’s request. - A property owner complained about unauthorized access to their property, and the possibility of damaging a protected natural habitat.
